Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. has provided a wide range of legal services to individuals, families and the business community since 1967. Pamela, besides providing general and specific advice to clients as an employment lawyer with a litigation and appellate background, also drafts and analyzes agreements for employment and severance, confidentiality, non-competition, and non-solicitation; and policies for sexual harassment and oppressive or violent conduct, drug testing, safety, absences, and disabilities. Pamela is ready, when claims are made, to take her clients through the investigation phases to the EEOC and court, when warranted. When advisable, Pamela encourages the amicable resolution of disputes through negotiation and mediation. Pamela regularly gives seminars for clients and helps them with implementing changes intended to avoid future employee-related claims and litigation.

A graduate of the University of Texas Law School, has been the Chair of the State Bar Business Law Section and is on the Committee of Continuing Legal Education for the Labor and Employment Section.

Pamela is gratefully married to Randy Gold and thoroughly pleased to share their home with their Labrador retriever, Barrister.
